The classes are mainly for seniors to help with core , stability, strength, fall prevention giving all over body workout for all levels of fitness.
Exercises can be adjusted to suit all health issues. Classes are a combination of Yoga, Pilates, dance and general fitness exercises.
A yoga mat is needed for each class and water. Bookings are needed via text message or voice message Dani on 0490 079 993 to get a spot in class or email numbers are capped for everyone’s safety and well being.
Tuesday and Thursday classes are at 8.30 am to arrive no later than 10 minutes before class. Thursday class is a fit ball. All classes are $8.
All classes are catered for all levels of fitness with social distancing in mind. All are welcome as we are a friendly group .
