Hall Rental and Equipment Hire Rates

A copy of Public Liability Certificate is to be received at the RSL Maleny office at least one week prior to event.
Main Hall Rental

Adjoining Rooms
There are two (2) below the Hall also available for hire.

Kitchen
Kitchen hire includes cutlery and crockery but does not include tablecloths or chair covers. Please refer to Additional items below for hire costs.

RSL Maleny Bar
RSL Maleny Sub Branch will operate bar and retain all profits.
A separate Liquor License may be required depending on function. Check with RSL Management at least 42 days prior to function.
Please note, NO BYO alcohol.
Cleaning Fee
A Cleaning Fee of $200 for the Hire of Hall and/or Kitchen will automatically be added to the hire charge. (The cleaning fee may be waived at the discretion of the Hall Manager).
Additional items
Hall hire includes use of tables, chairs, tea and coffee facilities, overhead projector, sound system, microphones and speakers.
Hall hire DOES NOT include tablecloths and/or chair covers.
Hall hire DOES NOT include set-up and/or cleanup costs.
These may be required and negotiated depending on function.

- 50% payment is required within seven (7) days of the date of the invoice to confirm your booking.
- The balance of the hire charges, plus cleaning fee is to be paid within seven (7) days prior to the booking date.
