Melissa offer classes all ages and level each Tuesday afternoon. Yoga specifically for older adults,  is held each Wednesday morning from 9:30.

Yoga is ideal for improving flexibility, strength, endurance and balance. It is the perfect method for improving your overall fitness, promoting healthy ageing and reversing the effects of sedentary lifestyle.

Beautiful hand made bolsters and essential oil infused eye pillows are used for comfort and support during your yoga practice.

By the use of relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques, Yoga also affects the mind, bringing peace and other benefits.

Heart centred healing yoga & massage classes are Tuesday Afternoon and Seniors Yoga Wednesday morning

Yoga with Melissa from 5:00 each Tuesday afternoon. General to advanced yoga suits all ages and degrees of fitness Cost $20 per person.
